How much time will I need to dedicate each day?
How much time do you have?
You will reap the benefits even if you just read a small section in the morning and a small section at night (each takes about 30 seconds to read, I think we can all mange that!)
But ideally you should aim to dedicate at least 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the evening (To read, sit and write)
If you have more time, do more!
If you don’t have much, do less.
Each day brings something new to the table.
Some days we will put in more work than others.
But as long as the intention remains, it will all work out.
