Healthy Tip

Limit your technology use in the morning and evening. I try not to check any social media, e-mails, texts until I have been awake for two hours. I have also been trying to stay away from the phone and computer after 10 PM.

It’s so easy to get stuck in other people’s worlds while looking through statuses and pictures. Be Present and consciously live in your world for the first hour or two that you are awake and before you go to bed.
